The sun came out for a bit, so I pulled on my waterproof work boots and sloshed around outside. We're back up to about three inches of water in places in the back yard. I think there's enough water that, if we dig just a little bit, we'd be able to have a lake for the rest of the winter.

My side yard is also under water, as is part of the front. Well, a little rain today, and less to worry about on the water bill front tomorrow, I suppose.

The office cleansing is going well - a bit slow, but that's partially to my dislike of dust (especially now) and my hesitancy in getting rid of books. But my shelf space is limited, so paring down is very necessary.

Finally, FINALLY got to watch ROTK Extended Edition today. I plopped myself down and put it on and greedily ate it up. Wow, what wonderful additions! I can see why they were deleted for the theatrical release, but I am SO glad they're back in.

We started HOUSE OF FLYING DAGGERS last night - will catch the rest of it tonight. Good solid film, really enjoyable. Layered.

Well, back to more turkey soup. Funny how it always seems to be raining on the days I make turkey soup...
