Just wanted to note that we've been in the Simi house now for ten years, as of today. January 6th, 1995 was the first night we spent in this house, and it poured rain for the next four weeks. That was the first time I'd heard of El Ninos...we ate chinese food, since I absolutely refused to cook, and we lit a fire in the fireplace.

The carpets were clean, we only had cats, and life was good...

And our back yard still doesn't drain. When we become rich and famous, we're gonna have our back yard redesigned to include a smart drainage system...
