Exercise Done... Give it a couple days, folks

Was late to Lulu's. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. Only got a page and a half before Jenn got there. We had a good time, talked our ears off, and I got 3 1/2 pages done after she left.

But I got home and collapsed with ugh feelings. I'm sure I'll be better in a day or two. In the meantime, ugh.

I didn't entirely waste the day, though. I cleaned the kitchen, helped my son vacuum the back patio clear of leaves and dog hair, wrapped the dog's foot (again - she's got some sort of sore she keeps licking, ripping the hair right off her foot - yuck), and talked to my dad for a good long while.

But I left the story at a good place, I've got 15 pages done for the week so far, and I'm meeting a friend up in Valencia tomorrow at 10:30 - which means I'll get there at 9, hopefully, and get some writing done prior to meeting with her.

So life is good, even if I do feel ugh.

Christine's New Chapter Never look down... DEMON SOUL was released in MARCH, 2011 by Crescent Moon Press. DEMON HUNT will most likely be released 2012. This, then, is my new reality! The tumor has been removed and I'm recovering, so now it's all about the writing...and dealing with the writing.
