Christine's New Chapter Never look down... DEMON SOUL was released in MARCH, 2011 by Crescent Moon Press. DEMON HUNT will most likely be released 2012. This, then, is my new reality! The tumor has been removed and I'm recovering, so now it's all about the writing...and dealing with the writing. |

2005-02-06 8:05 PM 6 more done - goal met, plus. Pages Written... 8 total
Listening to... Radio Sunnydale I watched most of the superbowl today at a neighbor's house. During the second quarter, my throat got a tad scratchy. During the third, my eyes started getting hot and itchy. And during the fourth, my husband sent me home, as I was flushed and glassy-eyed. I'm probably coming down with my youngest son's semi-cold of last week, and taking it harder. Probably. And found that the prospect of losing the free bagels and coffee that Jenn wagered as a reward for me completing this novel in three weeks was a stake I was not willing to lose - hence me sitting here writing, still, when I should be in bed. At any rate... Writing in this state is an interesting prospect. I found it didn't bother me to jump from Chapter seven, and writing a page or so there, to Chapter ten and writing four more pages there. And in my sick stupor, I didn't realize I only needed 7 and not 8 to make my quota for the week - but there you have it, I've got 8. 2 at sometime before 5am, 1 mid-morning, and five tonight. The pages tonight were a breeze - I'll have to check them tomorrow, though, for coherency. Right now, all I can think of is "hot-owie". That's my eyes. That's also the first time my oldest son could tell my husband exactly how he felt - and sure enough, son had a fever. Hot-owie. It fills the bill when nothing else will do.
