A slow, lazy day for me today while hubby's running around doing a ton of stuff. He's started sanding the facia around the house in preparation to painting, which absolutely must get done this year. He also hacked another stump to death, which means firewood for the summer, yay!

I managed to get my synopsis finished - it still sucks, but it sucks less than it did, so that's a plus.

I've realized, in writing the synopsis, that this book is missing some compelling plot points. Like, oh gee, goals, motivation, and conflict...easily point out-able ones, I mean. So my next book I'm going to write "by the book" - which means it'll either sell or be the worst piece of trash I've come up with yet. We'll have to see.

In the meantime, a BevMo opened up in Simi Valley and we just dropped lots of cash...and got $35 off our purchase, woo! Reme is our new friend over there. He's got good champagne at cut-rate prices.

And in other news, Frank is still dead. And I'm still working out with a trainer. Go me! (Hey...nothing hurts right now. What's wrong with this picture?!)

Christine's New Chapter Never look down... DEMON SOUL was released in MARCH, 2011 by Crescent Moon Press. DEMON HUNT will most likely be released 2012. This, then, is my new reality! The tumor has been removed and I'm recovering, so now it's all about the writing...and dealing with the writing.
