Christine's New Chapter

The rehearsal today was on the stage. Good acoustics, glad we have microphones. I wore the shoes I'll be wearing, but wore them all day...so now I am inexpressibly weary (not to mention my feet hurt).

But hubby and I talked over my insane desire to go to NOLA to help out. If there's any way I can go the 12th or after, if they still need people, then I'll go. So my mission next week is to contact the Red Cross and see what's up. I know there's a lot to do. I can't help with money, but I'm able-bodied (sore feet aside) and can help somehow.

I feel daring, even thinking about going. About how I'll change after being there. And I think it'll only be for the better.

But first, I have to get there. So we'll see if I have the nerve to pull this off.

Christine's New Chapter Never look down... DEMON SOUL was released in MARCH, 2011 by Crescent Moon Press. DEMON HUNT will most likely be released 2012. This, then, is my new reality! The tumor has been removed and I'm recovering, so now it's all about the writing...and dealing with the writing.
