Pages Re-Written... 4 (new: 3)

Today has been exceptionally weird. After a fabulous email with feedback from Jenn, I got hopped up to rewrite. And then I delayed and delayed and delayed. Finally sat down to write. Finished the rewrite. It went pretty good, I'm feeling pleased that I tackled the weak spots in it that she'd pointed out - it's a much stronger scene now.

Emailed it off to her and hubby (because every now and then it's nice to not work in a total vacuum) and ate lunch. Then procrastinated. And procrastinated. And...well, you get the idea. I did finally sit back down and write a couple more pages, then popped up. Bread! I'd make bread.

Sat back down, looked on the internet for bread recipes (I LOVE the internet because of this recipe feature!), and found a good one. Started making bread.

Got myself elbow-deep in flour, fingers sticky in dough, and realized I could make it into hamburger buns. So, the first cookie sheet is hamburger buns...the rest are dinner roll sized.

Came back to the computer, stared at it, wrote a couple more things down. Checked email, answered email, and decided it was too weird a day and I needed to journal about it here.

Now if I can only get two or three more pages done for today, I'll be happy...
