Christine's New Chapter

So, the hubby made beer a while back. Since we're leaving on our family CRUISE to MEXICO soon, tonight was bottling night.

And that's when I became the brew mistress. Okay, so I handed him bottles, wiped up beer spilled on the floor, and capped the grolsch-style bottles. If I hadn't been there, it would have taken him much longer. Hence, the Brew Mistress title.

The taste - like a young Newcastle. As he poured the lees - is it lees, with beer? down the drain, it smelled wonderfully hoppy (but the taste - hrrrghhhh!!!!). We got quite a few bottled, so all is well and it's time to gear up for Mexico and our cruise.

You want a bottle of this. But most likely, you won't get one. Sorry!

Christine's New Chapter Never look down... DEMON SOUL was released in MARCH, 2011 by Crescent Moon Press. DEMON HUNT will most likely be released 2012. This, then, is my new reality! The tumor has been removed and I'm recovering, so now it's all about the writing...and dealing with the writing.
