Christine's New Chapter

Okay. So I'm the last in the family to cross the NaNo finish line. So I haven't, actually, crossed it yet. I will. *sticks tongue out at disbelievers*

Oldest son crossed over last night, with over 51,000 words. Woo! Hubby crossed over tonight, with I think 16 words to spare. I'm almost at 48K. And I don't have to be at work tomorrow until 1pm, so I've got time.

I know, I know! What a slacker am I! But hell, I got the three of them to do it. And not as a dare, either, because all four of us know only fools take dares.

Hubby did it because I mentioned it. and I mentioned it would be sweet if both boys did it.

And boy, did my father think it was cool - okay, actually I'm thinking 'tickled pink' - that all four of us were writing a novel. in a month. sort of.

Because, hell. Mine is aiming between 90 -100K. And from what I know of my sons' novels, they aren't even half-finished at 50K.

But they're at 50K. Haleluia! Or however you spell the darn word.

Christine's New Chapter Never look down... DEMON SOUL was released in MARCH, 2011 by Crescent Moon Press. DEMON HUNT will most likely be released 2012. This, then, is my new reality! The tumor has been removed and I'm recovering, so now it's all about the writing...and dealing with the writing.
