It is still snowing - not big, heavy, wet flakes, but the tiny ones, and in lazy falls. If it were rain, I'd say it was sprinkling. Can snow sprinkle?

Last night, the new white snow covered the dingy, dirty snow by the side of the road. It made everything look so pretty - I played Cali girl and took a bunch of pictures.

Time is dragging - I want it to be closer to when I leave! I've been up since 6ish Snowmass time, have packed, showered, breakfasted, emailed, and am pretty much done. Ready to go.

I even finished Suite Francaise last night. Terrific book - makes me sad that Irene Nemirovsky died at Auschwitz before she could finish her masterpiece. I really want to know what happens to all the characters!

The mac is still dead. I hope it's resurrectable - I can't afford a new one at this time. I really, really can't. So if it's dead, it would mean changing the way I write. Not a bad thing necessarily, just - change.

And change is usually uncomfortable to process.

Come on, clock...tick down the hours. It's time for me to be home, already!
