The weekend blew by. I went to San Diego on Thursday, had a great time with my dad and Mugsy. Came home on Friday, made a fabulous dinner, then Saturday hit. Gardening and Tai Chi and going out to see a preview of a play in NoHo.

That was interesting - the play was good and seeing old friends warmed my heart - but also an opportunity has come my way. To collaborate on a play that actually has a production venue! So I'm doing research and hopefully we'll start writing in a week or so. Not sure how that's going to impact my other writing - my guess is I'd better start getting real good at compartmentalizing my time.

And there's a new Scott book coming out - Llewellyn wants a bit from all of his heirs for it, so I'll be working on that too. That's due May 1st though I'd like to send it in much earlier. We'll see.

Sunday was LARA meeting - so good to meet new people and hug old friends! Then when I got home, there were spring cleaning projects to tackle and new curtains to hang in the living room, in place of the old and broken pink fabric blinds. Now there's lovely ivory sheers and wine-red velvet drapes, floor to ceiling. Definitely an improvement (though all the guys could really have cared less).

Now, it's back to the coffee shop and writing. I'm aiming for 4K today - wish me luck!
