Christine's New Chapter

Right now, I'm on track to complete three novels this year. Woo! In this class I'm taking, the teacher sent me a dozen first sentences - and one just clicked with me, resonated all the way to my bones.

I've now got a thousand words down on my next novel. So, YAY!

I spent three hours editing/writing on the girl book today, and with hopes to finish it by the end of July. I'm getting through anywhere from twenty to thirty pages at a stretch - but I've also been expanding on areas that needed more - and I'm pleased. Smoothing stuff out, adding more conflict, stuff like that.

And I start the day job tonight. 8 to midnight. Oh well, with this new novel I'm not going to get totally sucked back into day job.

It won't happen. Can't possibly. And if it does, will one of you slap me silly? Please?

Christine's New Chapter Never look down... DEMON SOUL was released in MARCH, 2011 by Crescent Moon Press. DEMON HUNT will most likely be released 2012. This, then, is my new reality! The tumor has been removed and I'm recovering, so now it's all about the writing...and dealing with the writing.
