I've spent the last two days listening to people tell me I'll be tearing my hair out for the next six months. And in a year, I might start to understand my job.

I am so far out of my comfort zone that it's not even funny, and the lack of coffee (even bad office coffee) is just the beginning of my woes.

The good part? Every system they have in place is designed to help me succeed. IF I do what I'm supposed to do, and when I'm supposed to do it. Then they can do their jobs - and it's a big huge circle of job happiness when everyone does it right, from the property manager down to the accounting people.

When the jobs don't get done right, I suppose it turns out to be a cluster fuck, and with at times legal ramifications. But I'm only imagining that.
