Christine's New Chapter

The winds are coming from the West tonight. Earlier, as I drove west, the winds flung tree branches and leaves at me on the freeway - scary.

Much earlier, when I got to work this morning, the winds brought me the scent of the sea. This is not your typical Santa Ana winds...oh, no. This wind is a product of the El Nino that is coming. It will be a wild and woolly winter here in So Cal.

Oldest son is ill. My bronchitis cough has not yet let go of my lungs. My brain wants to write, and it's stuffed with learning at work (damn it, I KNEW this would happen).

And I made the best chicken noodle soup tonight that I've ever made. The secret is parsnips.

I'm just saying.

Christine's New Chapter Never look down... DEMON SOUL was released in MARCH, 2011 by Crescent Moon Press. DEMON HUNT will most likely be released 2012. This, then, is my new reality! The tumor has been removed and I'm recovering, so now it's all about the writing...and dealing with the writing.
