I had forgotten how stiff you get when sitting at a desk for 8 hours. No wonder I became an exercise fiend in the late 80's and 90's - all that energy accumulating has to go somewhere OTHER than your back and shoulders.

Tomorrow I hit the gym. If it weren't for extenuating circumstances, I'd be hitting Tai Chi, but I just can't make it through a class yet. We'll see how long I can manage at the gym.

We'll see. In the meantime, I think I'll go stretch.
