Christine's New Chapter

Got the green beans in, about 18 plants. And some sugar peas. Not snap, but real peas. Plus a couple more tomato plants.

Hubby wants me to go wild with the tomatoes this year like I did last year - but as they didn't really produce (and yes, I did water them!), I'm not sure that's something I want to do.

Of course, once I go to visit my dad, I'm sure I'll have visions of beautiful forests of tomatoes, and will therefore plant bunches. And bunches.

We'll see. At least I've gotten a start on it though.

And a couple weekends ago, we got the bug - and put in a Darcy Tangerine, a Meyer Lemon, and a grapefruit (don't remember it's name, sorry!) in the front yard. Full sized trees this time, not your typical puny dwarf that we usually get.

Maybe they'll actually survive.
