The air here is so beautiful - almost crystal in clarity and so very sweet! There is so much to see, everywhere you look. I didn't know that aspen trees turn orange and red as well as golden - it depends entirely on how cold it gets at night as to the fall color that appears. I mean, I knew that, but I didn't know aspens were that way as well...

There are thistles here that aren't any bigger than the first joint of my pinkie finger. Noble pine trees are everywhere, showing off their blue-green needles against the paling colors of the aspens and browns of the oak trees. Tiny daisies are growing in a small patch of sawdust...I mean, really. Everywhere you look there's something amazing to see. And that's just right around the house I'm staying at.

The clouds are moving in and we're supposed to get another thunderstorm tonight. I didn't catch yet another agent's interest today, which stung, but then again the pitch wasn't quite right...so it was a learning experience. I'm all about the learning! And I'm ready, Universe, to take the next step. Just in case you weren't aware, lol.
