Christine's New Chapter Never look down... DEMON SOUL was released in MARCH, 2011 by Crescent Moon Press. DEMON HUNT will most likely be released 2012. This, then, is my new reality! The tumor has been removed and I'm recovering, so now it's all about the writing...and dealing with the writing. |

2010-11-09 9:28 PM Stuff happens... I got the book off to the editor yesterday. Today I received an email from her saying, she can probably do two passes in one since my writing is so clean. Yay! Which means the book may come out earlier than originally planned - not that I know what that date was, or could possibly be...
But at any rate. She said she'd get it back to me by the weekend. So I've got a few days to relax and/or continue writing the other book. **** I received an email from my nurse, who said she sent my email regarding the strange taste in my mouth to my neurosurgeon's nurse, who will get back to me when she gets an answer from the man himself. As I believe he's going overseas to do some pro bono work, I'm not expecting to hear from him any time soon, sad to say. **** My eldest son, the one who broke his arm, got his hair washed, cut, and donated to Locks of Love today. It's still shoulder length, and curly as all get-out. He was bummed, though - that was four years' worth of growth. On the bright side, having just purchased his brother's class ring, we realized that his ring was still under warranty - and maybe, just maybe having a crazy ex-girlfriend steal your ring was cause for getting a replacement. We shall see - but he will be grateful if he could, as he misses it. (He uses it as a fidget widget, if you know what I mean...) **** Younger son still in the throes of first love. I hope he remembers to turn in his homework on time while he's writing poetry, poor boy! And so it goes... Read/Post Comments (3) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
