Instead of the 12 days of Christmas, for me it's the 16 days until surgery. Am planning to hit up Starbucks for a peppermint mocha and several hours of writing.

Came up with an idea for a Christmas Novella for my demon series - too late, unfortunately, for this year, but there's always next year. Maybe a free read on the publisher website...we'll see. At least I had an idea!

As long as I keep myself focused on what needs to be done, I will not panic.
