I can't believe this will be the tenth year I've journaled here. That's longer than I've kept paper journals, lol, and I started that back in 1976. It's a nice feeling, though, and even though I have a website and another journal, I'm going to keep this one too because this one is for me, for personal stuff. The other one is for my writing persona. And I'm not dumb enough to think you don't need to keep the two somewhat separate.

Have managed to keep to the one vicodin every six hours for two days, which is a good thing. And from last night to this morning, I didn't wake up - so that was ten hours without a pill. Also a good thing, not to mention the longest sleep I've had since before I went into the hospital. Now if I could only get past this hiccup in the new book so I can write, I'd be really happy. One thing at a time, I guess.

Hubby got us new gym memberships at Costco, saving us a ton of money. With his possibly changed schedule we'll be able to gym every morning together - a good thing as we both need to get into top physical shape. Staying healthy has become more paramount than ever.

It's raining, and I've got a nice fire going. The kids have been taking turns on the PS3 (after all these years, we finally broke down and got one) and it's nice to see them play, especially when they play together.

All in all, a very nice day indeed...
