Christine's New Chapter

Good and bad things got done today. Good #1: Eldest son applied for his learner's permit to drive. Except he didn't pass the vision test (one eye is amazingly farsighted, the other amazingly nearsighted). So he's also got a visit to the eye doc in a couple of weeks.

# 2 good but bad thing - I made enough phone calls. I'm taking my two older dogs (13 & 14) who we could NEVER housetrain to the humane society tomorrow. They are outdoor dogs (one pees, the other poops - on my bedding!!!) and we just haven't been giving them enough attention the past five or six years. So tomorrow they go to a shelter that does it's best to adopt out adult dogs before they resort to euthanasia.

#3 good thing - I changed the sheets on the bed. VERY important.

#4 good thing - Second son got 4 B's and 2 C's. Not bad!!! As in, I'll take it.

#5 good thing - I made a fantastic meatloaf and gravy. Next time I need to remember to include something salady with the meal, as it was missed.

#6 bad/good thing - my editor FINALLY finished my edits and "sent" them to me. Except I never got them. And she's away from home and her "out" box. So I'm waiting for them...but at least I know they are on the way.

#7 FABULOUS thing...I get to go to sleep now, and it's WAY after 9pm!!!

Christine's New Chapter Never look down... DEMON SOUL was released in MARCH, 2011 by Crescent Moon Press. DEMON HUNT will most likely be released 2012. This, then, is my new reality! The tumor has been removed and I'm recovering, so now it's all about the writing...and dealing with the writing.
