2010-08-11 6:24 AM Ever Have? Ever have one of those evenings where everything goes just right? Where it is perfectly relaxing, meal was great-ordered out chinese and ordered a salad to bring to work today too. Wasn't too much on tv, so watched MASH dvds, but it was perfectly relaxing. Calm on all fronts, even Sweetie was a calm kittie; played with both of us. It was just a nice relaxing evening.
But I still didn't want to get out of bed this morning. I had a wierd dream. (or I was in the middle of it as the alarm went off) I was dreaming that I was in the middle of some type of conference and we met with a woman who was talking about life changes. In the meantime, my daughter had given me a series of books-one was a small book with pictures of horses-different breeds-listing their strengths and how they could be related to different human personalities; a second book about plants/trees and how we are interelated with nature; the third book was about weather and human emotions. This woman talked about these books, then also talked about the book "Eat. Pray. Live." I think that is the title-Julia Roberts is in the movie that is being released. (I have not read the book, but have thought about picking it up.)Anyway this speaker was developing a commune type village and looking for volunteers. Some of my friends (in real life I don't know these people) and I decided that we were going to join the commune. Cut to a new scene-I am running away from Hubby to join the commune-but I am living in the city in IL!! And some roads have been changed. I went down a road that had been between two parts of a steel mill but now it was fenced off. That is when the alarm went off. The dream was so real, and so offsetting. My legs were sore when I woke up and the blanket was tangled, I must have been tossing around a bit. Hubby is working from home so he didn't have to get up-no real talking this morning. I will have to remember to ask him tonight. Well, not much else is new. Talk to you later! Read/Post Comments (5) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
