2011-06-14 6:31 AM Peace I am finding that I am reviewing a story every two days or so. Not because I am not reading the pieces, but because I reread them several times.
This article is touching. A young wife is grieving her soldier husband's abscence in her life. And her unknowing if he is alive. She is praying for knowledge all the while she is truly praying for his safe return. She cries and prays the whole night. And return he does. Injured, but alive and to her. Just as the new dawn comes. Timing is everything with this short 2 page story. There is fear, there is suspense, there is hope, there is joy. And there is a sense that there is a good tomorrow coming because they are together. Peace is in the world again. Simple words, a simple story. But a powerful message of hope.
