It went down again!

We lost our email service, our internet/intranet service, and our working "I" drive yesterday afternoon-again. That is at work. Aggravating to say the least. So I will be catching up on work I should have been able to finish yesterday, and trying to do today's project too! We will see how that works out. Something may need to wait until Monday, most likely today's project.

Dreaming last night, at least I thought it was a dream. I was feeling my chest caved in and was having trouble catching my breath. I felt like I had run a marathon. I moved myself higher up on my pillow and the breathing eased. Then it happened again and again. Then I woke up. Yup, full blown asthma attack. I haven't had one of these at night in a long time. I have had them while out walking in the high humidity. My inhaler was NOT by my bed. OK, up we get-go to work bag, the cap of the inhaler is white, the body orange; it showed up real bright in the semi-darkness that is the apartment at night. The cat was curled up where I normally sit on the couch. A couple of puffs. AHHHHHH-breath. Ok, while I am up might as well visit the bathroom. Now back to bed..only an hour or so before the alarm goes off.

The alarm went off, too early! But I can breathe. I just have the residual headache that will go away. Apparently I was having the attack in my sleep and was ignoring the symptoms thinking I was dreaming! Haven't done that before!

Good news though, still losing weight although slower than I was over the winter thank heavens!
