When that secretary comes in sick I am staying 20 feet away from her!! End of discussion. I have told my manager that this morning! I am tired of catching her bugs. Then my system decides to react to the bugs!!

B did admit to one thing last night. After being together so many days non-stop,(he worked from home yesterday),he said he had to hold back from blowing up last night. I asked him why? What was there to blow up about? He was worried and his fear was causing him to overreact. He admitted it. I told him to control his fear and not borrow trouble where there wasn't any. He was worried about 'what if' scenarios. Yes, I understand why, and told him that. However, his fears are his, and blowing up about me not hearing him say something does nothing for his fear. Actually went to bed calmly-both of us. He is learning.
