I noticed recently that a lot of people think that Fictionwise publishes all the books on their site. This isn't true.

Fictionwise publishes only a very small percentage of what is available on their site. They act as a retailer for other ebook publishers, such as Renaissance Ebooks, and small presses that do their own ebook publishing as an adjunct to their print publishing, such as Amber Quill, Double Dragon, and others. They also bring out ebooks from the majors.

Fictionwise publishes primarily short fiction in 50 cent downloads and you know that it's a Fictionwise publication because they have a uniform blue cover. These are reprints from traditionally published authors only.Other spots to find me:
