Disaster and playing catch up

A software conflict as I was upgrading my os caused me to lose all of my windows applications on Friday and I'm slowly reinstalling everything. Fortunately, while I lost software, I did not lose files except that it wiped out my accumulated archive in email and all the addresses in my address book. So if you wonder why you're not hearing from me, it's because I lost your email address. I would appreciate it if everyone would send me an email so that I can start rebuilding my address book.

While suffering through all the reinstallations of software, I read the first three volumes of the Preacher series. They are awesome graphic novels and very dark. I had been considering picking them up for years and then Phil persuaded me to read them and so I have. I have to wait for my next check to get the final four in the series, but I'm champing at the bit to get them. After I do that, Phil intends to twist my arm into a ribbon of slimy goo if I don't get Transmetropolitan. The evil overlord side of his nature is showing and even the curmudgeon must bow to his persuasiveness once in a while.

There is going to be a 25% off sale on all of my novels soon. I'll keep you posted on that.
