As we sit right smack in the middle of a void of course Cancer moon the thought comes to mind…What part of you is not for sale? Now I risk myself sounding selfish in this rant, but setting one’s limits, setting a price, and confronting your own worth is part of our evolution just as much as all the other fluffy stuff.

Perhaps at first I should let you know the down and dirty meaning of a void of course moon. You see the moon moves through each of the 12 houses of the zodiac sign, it moves to a new sign about every two and a half days. Right before it moves to the next there is a brief period of time where it just is…. Void DUH hence Void of Course! During this negated time the you may notice the qualities of whatever sign it was operating under, now if you ever find yourself making a list of what sort of socks you need in your drawer at home or typing your grocery list to make it neater you are being a Capricorn, or if you find yourself in an emotional heap of worry that the sky is falling Pisces. Of course I MUST pick on my Scorpio friends… If you find yourself hunting up why you don’t trust the person in the office next to you then telling yourself “why do I bother to even bother not trusting them” you’d be operating under the moon leaving Scorpion. Okay now I feel better having picked on a few signs. And just in case you want to know where I think your being overly finicky I AM available for consultation. Hee hee.

Just when I thought I had it in the clear as far as being a crabby worry wart Cancer yesterday but as the day wore on guess what? I got downright nasty trying to hold onto what I thought was a non-issue worry for myself. Me nasty you ask? How is this possible – trust me I had a brief Karen Walker stint yesterday and acted like quite the spoiled rotten brat. Still as I sit here today I can’t shake this feeling of discontent with a certain issue that boils inside of me.

So what part of you is not for sale? What part of you is not available to anyone not even the love of your life or your family? There is a degree that must be held back for survival of the psyche in all humans. Holding onto the fire within let’s call it, extends to all facets of your life. Absolute vulnerability in this sense is knowing ones self, you keep no lies from yourself. If you have someone or something you care for, make sure you can live without it. I don’t mean this to sound harsh, quite the opposite actually. Gratitude is allowed and encouraged; the thought life never existing without this object, animal or person is not, there must always be a part of your soul inside that is only yours, this part lives in your soul that will re-grow your heart after tragedy strikes. Once you learn to conserve this part of you in an unselfish manner, events that unfold will become much more reflective to view. Things are more impartial and less mandatory. You learn perhaps to stay true to your life, your mission, and your heart rather than allow the tides of humanity put out your soul fire. You simply MUST hold onto something that is yours and yours alone that you share with nobody, that fire that burns so you never need a match per se.

So make sure your “For Sale” sign is in it’s correct position, no don’t assume the position either, if that’s what you’re doing you really need to re-evaluate some things in your life with regard to what your worth is.
