Dark Horse The life and times of a meditative horse trainer. I'm a second generation born and raised Alaskan. I've very proud of that, my roots are here. While I want to see as much of the world as I can, I want to raise my children here. I'm a dedicated student of the horse, of life and I love to learn. I try to leave no stone unturned in my life. Nothing is good if taken at just face value there is always more, to people, an animal, a thought, a dream. I'm an intensity junky, I live my life with passion as if every action were my very last, and I love the colors that this passion has brought to me. It's my hope to share this small window of myself with my readers. If you surfed in please make yourself at home and stay a while, if your one of my loved one's who are here, I love you for all you have educated me in to make my life this amazing. |

2005-10-20 3:47 PM When you leave to ride the horses of the heavens... When I part this planet and head up to the clouds to ride the horses of the heavens don’t you dare shed a tear.
Because in heaven you can ride all the horses that call it home without any fear. I will ride my old horses of the past, and colts that I never got to meet I will jump all the highest fences because the horses all have winged feet I will get to see the great ones that grace the pages of books and watch them buck and play I will get to hear the thunder of hooves and the glorious neighs I will run my fingers through the manes of all my old friends I will finally realize that this is really just a beginning and not at all and end. In heaven the grass reaches your stirrups and the horses all roam wild and free So you can look up and smile and know I’m exactly where I want to be. So there’s no need to feel sad for a sec, or wish for more moments and shed tears Cause I’ll be looking down on all of you from the horses of the heavens have no fear.
