Mood: Sick Read/Post Comments (3) |
2003-04-14 11:59 PM Germ-scaring thoughts Drat it all. I developed a sore throat and stuffy nose last night, and ended up getting back up to take Nyquil. Cancelled my chiro appt since I still have the sore throat this morning. I really don’t want to be sick! Although, it occurred to me that it doesn’t wildly change my day-to-day habits. I either wander around half-dressed or in comfy clothes, for one thing. But, I did plan to start exercising again regularly this week, and I’ve got meetings and such. We’ll see. Think germ-scaring thoughts in my general direction, please.
Got 10 stories mailed so far; 1 erotica story to go, if I can decide where to send it. Brain is fading fast. Need to collapse on sofa soon. Gods but I hate being sick. I was going to repot my new mint today, and an ivy, but it’s been pouring rain. This is truly bizarre weather for this time of year in southern California. Ken’s been in the attic and is now (the rain having stopped) on the roof checking out the leak. Repotting plants was something my feebly sick brain could’ve handled.
