Bitter to Sweet (was sex & chocolate): 60 (finished) Happy birthday to my sister Debi! You know, when I made that plan for today, I forgot to factor in one important thing: Breakfast. So after I dropped Eostre off, I picked up the stuff I needed to mail final packages, then came home, finished packaging, and ate. I then went to the PO and became one of those people you hate in the PO—I had five packages, one of which was a laptop going to France, and a letter to the UK. So it took a while, and the line grew behind me… That accomplished, I went to the bank (deposit for Ken) and grocery store (just a couple of quick things), and came home. I got a bunch of copy editing done before Mom arrived. We went to the Thai Princess, and I had egg rolls and a big ol’ bowl of Tom Yum Kung, and lo, it was very good. After we chatted for a while, she left and I did some more editing, IM’d with Ken, and repotted the herbs. Then I, um…I don’t remember, really. I did stuff. Oh, I made some phone calls, and picked Eostre up from the vet. Charlie goes in tomorrow for a checkup before her dental appt. Anyway, eventually Cat came home, and I talked to Ken, and folks came over for sewing. A poor showing of words tonight, but at least I wrote. I have to change this bad habit of starting so late. I shall persevere. Aftah all, tamarrah is anothuh day! Read/Post Comments (0) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
