2004-11-24 10:14 PM Varied and sundry words today: 1220
words total: 16,024 I had a headache for the better part of today. Even now, I’m tired, with it niggling in the very back of my head. Grrrr. We ran various errands today, although I can’t say we bought anything interesting: cross-stitch floss for three upcoming projects, eyeliner, nail polish remover, laser business card blanks, printer toner, wine, sparkling apple cider, sparkling cranberry juice, and the fixings for Caesar salad for Thanksgiving (which is also what the drinks are for). See? Nothing interesting. I held myself back from an office-supply-shopping frenzy, which is admirable, no? Then I came home and went to bed with my head on a heating pad, in an attempt to beat back the headache. I made Pad Thai for dinner, too. Oh, and the a.m., I did some serious Yule shopping… <><><> The “Legend” soundtrack is really creepy to listen to via earphones when your back, for all intents in purposes, is to three doorways. <><><> When I finally felt well enough to write, it was late, but the words flowed. I’ve left it at an easy point to pick up tomorrow; I’d like to get at least 1K done before we leave. Read/Post Comments (0) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
