Latest writing news: Teresa and I have to pick quotes and write our own cover blurb…by the end of the week. Yoiks! Cover blurbs aren’t easy to write. But it’s certainly do-able. And there is a level of “makes me feel like a real writer” gooshiness about it. In part because it makes it so much more real that this manuscript really is going to be a real book! Really! Today was a good writing day. The novel is in that mad dash to the end, where all sorts of things are happening and (hopefully) you keep turning the pages, locked in to the roller coaster ride. Feels really, really good. :-) ----
