Hurrah, I sold a story to the UK anthology Fabulous Whitby! I was invited to submit because I attended the Milford Workshop a few years back (and, I might add, I desperately want to go again, not least because they've moved it to a glorious location in Snowdonia).

I submitted my story last minute (bad, bad, bad writer!), after several false starts, and recently I heard that someone got an acceptance, so I was fretting about not hearing. So I popped a note to my friend Liz W., and voila!

I think I'm especially pleased because I haven't sold a fantasy story in some time (lately it's been erotica, and some media tie-in, which reminds me I have to write more of that).
