I'm going to GECCO (Genetic and Evolutionary Computation Conference) 2005 for the next 5 days.

Philip and I are presenting our paper "Evolving a Neural Network Active Vision System for Shape Discrimination", which I've talked about a bit here before. We'll also be attending lots of talks and presentations on evolutionary approaches to solving problems.

I'll be taking a laptop so I'll try to blog from the road and fill you all in on what's going on at GECCO. But if you don't hear much from me you'll know why.
