There's a blog meme going around. Find 5 phrases for which your blog shows up as the #1 hit on Google.

Problem is, Google can't seem to find this blog very well. I've submitted the URL to crawlers, but still no dice. I seem to show up in Google Blog Search okay, but not the good old regular search engine.

For example, the phrase "spongebob squarepants howard dean" pulls up the link to the Wired article that quotes this blog as #1, but my actual blog is nowhere in sight. Similar experiments have yielded non-existent results.

Where's the love, man? Our Blog Overlord works at Google, and yet JournalSpace pages are nearly invisible to the search engine...what gives?
