At this point I'm assuming it's rejected. According to the blog, all the stories have been chosen and all authors contacted. I tried to post a comment asking if he will be sending out official rejections, but it didn't take.

I'll wait a little longer before sending it off elsewhere, but I'm not holding out much hope that I'm the last author he's waiting for a confirm from.
