Youngest turned 14 today, so have cake. A pathetic homemade thing, but cake none the less.

And, surprisingly, too sweet for me. Won't stop me when I hit a sugar craving to be reckoned with, but still a good thing. I might beat the monster eventually.

Beyond that, a pretty quiet weekend.

I need to learn to make my packed lunches for the weekends too. The only problem is that hub occasionally makes a nice lunch for everyone, which is why I didn't make a lunch today--I thought he might do something for youngster's birthday. Then she disappeared at a friend's house for 2 hours and there went that!

So, yea, cake, quiet, no lunch--that about sums up my Sunday.
