Accomplishments
I got out of bed and made food.

Seriously, exercise? Not happening today. I still have some residual affects going on from the migraine. I'm just here because I HAVE to get some work done.


Dinner Yesterday
Cubed Steak over Rice

Quick Oats (think cheap Quaker Oats oatmeal) w/Brown Sugar
Milk

Lunch Today
Bento #10: Ginger Chicken


Sidecar: Ginger Chicken; mini Cornbread Muffin; Mirin Rice w/Egg
Top Tier: Butter for muffin; fresh Carrots & Broccoli
Bottom Tier: leftover Chicken Stir Fry, Babybel, Apple & Watermelon slices
Not Shown: Ranch dressing for veggies.

For the rice, I used the simple "omelet" recipe from the Bento Boxes and scrambled it instead of making the omelet. I mixed the scrambled omelet with plain mirin rice. The soy sauce in the eggs made them darker than I liked (not that you can even SEE the eggs), so I put in the muffin for color.


It's icky and gray and I feel like crap, but I got work to do. The migraine is gone, but not gone. Hovering. Waiting to pounce again.

Anyone want to do my work for me? *sighs*
