Muddle, Muddle

Still muddling through the physical stuff right now--my body can't make up its mind on what it's doing and, until it does, that leaves me kind of not in a good place to exercise. Unfortunately, I'm also seeing this carb thing going on--sugars and breads in particular. Just craving the stuff like no tomorrow, so I feel a little like I'm losing the war and sliding backwards there.

But it's not supposed to be about the food yet. Problem with that is it's not about the exercise right now either--although I am running up and down stairs a lot more than I was.


Accomplishments
Stairs. Something like 8 steps. 50. Freakin'. Times. A. Day.

As for anything else, what other stuff? All I have time for these days is STAIRS! ;)

Meat & Bean Burrito

Breakfast
Quick Oats & Milk

Lunch Today
Bento #17: Meat & Potatoes

Sidecar: leftover Ribs (store bought) & Mashed Potatoes (made fresh)
Bottom Tier: Salad w/Mushrooms and Green Onions, String Cheese
Top Tier: Dressing for salad, Pineapple Chunks


Today is sunny and a lot less cold, and I'm feeling better (if a little tired from lack of sleep last night). Fingers are still cold, still wrapping up in extra layers, but not wanting to stay under the covers all day as much as I was. This is good, right?

Okay, time to work on the novel.
