It seems almost wrong to post something like this in a space that is usually irreverent, but I can't just ignore this. Nobody should ignore this. This is horrible.
From the mouth of a twelve year old Iraqi boy who lost his family and both of his arms when a US missile hit his home in Baghdad:
"Can you help get my arms back? Do you think the doctors can get me another pair of hands?" Abbas asked. "If I don't get a pair of hands I will commit suicide," he said with tears spilling down his cheeks.
