Election Day In Iraq.

Here, from the Green Zone in Baghdad, Iraq,
are Connie Chung and Bill Pullman.



CC: Good morning. The election in Iraq is moving along with medium to small turn out in all districts. Sporadic violence has occurred in Baghdad and in some Southern provinces.
Bill Pullman, the man who played the president in the movie “Independence Day” joins me now.
Bill, Iraqi’s are finally getting a taste of Democracy. Let freedom ring.



BP: Yeah. Connie. Great. The entire country is in a police state, less than half the population is voting, and America doesn’t care if two people vote, it’s an election and Bush is going to declare a victory for “Democracy” whatever that is any more, no matter what.



CC: But reports from the scene show happy people expressing their vote in a democratic process.



BP: Oh my God. Are you insane, Geraldo? This is Democracy Bush style. The man who stole two American elections wouldn’t know an honest vote if it bit him in the ass.
