Going Public
My husband, being wonderful and all, hands me my Valentine's Day card. We had briefly discussed even doing that much cause we never really celebrate the day and money is tight this year.
But I'm sooooo happy we did.
I opened up the card (which in and of itself was making me a bit teary) only to find another envelope - this one addressed to Mommy.
The tears started freeling flowing at this point.
Inside the envelope was a Valentine's Day card from our 10 week old embryo - all in large crayon scrawl, of course. It was the sweetest, most wonderful, amazing gift he could have given me.
I am so damn lucky.
