So I got a phone call from the Dept. of Labor. And it appears that he's not getting very far either. Turns out, the same people that wouldn't return my phone calls won't return his either. And he's "getting annoyed".

On the one hand, I'm greatly amused and looking forward to what happens when a company pisses off the Dept of Labor. And greatly amused because it wasn't just me that has so much difficulty with that company.

But on the other hand, I STILL DON'T HAVE INSURANCE.

Regardless, this is going to get good.
