Well, it's official.

My former employer and I have received our notices that I filed a complaint with the Ohio Civil Rights Commission and that they're being investigated for discrimination.

Now I fax back my form saying, "yes, please" to mediation (before a full on investigation) and by the way here's my lawyer's info, too.

I'm not entirely certain what information/details were given to my former employers. I'm assuming they got a copy of the complaint as well. Regardless, I can only imagine what is going on over there.

I must remember to keep breathing...
