2009-05-19 8:12 PM Virtual Writers' Conference Previous Entry :: Next Entry Read/Post Comments (4) I am not much of a conference goer, my only experience having been to show up for a few hours at two Deadly Inks several years ago. The chances of my shelling out the costs of a conference and -- even worse -- enduring travel, hotel rooms, and crowds are slimmer than my odds of my outguessing Agatha Christie while reading one of her mysteries.
However, over the next four days there is a mystery conference for people like me. Gayle Trent is hosting a Virtual Writers' Conference. There will be new "speakers" with fresh posts every hour or so and a chance to "chat" via blog comments and replies. Mary has already written about The Search for Roman Doorknobs but like all the other presentations, you can get around to reading it at your leisure. No worries about missing something while you were hanging out in the bar. Well, okay, there is no bar! Read/Post Comments (4) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
