It's midweek--which means tomorrow I start a little work whirlwind all over again, boys and girls. Last weekend was great, and that's not sarcasm as much as it seems it should be: I worked Thursday at the comic shop, Friday at the comic shop and leaving immediately to bartend at Pleasant street Friday night, worked at the comic shop on Saturday and again with the bartending, and came home and collapsed to go back to the comic shop late on Sunday to support the open Clix day Gary's doing.

Whew!! But I felt really good and productive, so it was a great weekend. This weekend I will probably only bartend on Saturday, if it's busy enough...ah, the thrill of being a back-up bartender.

Okay! In other other news, Wheaten has picked up this adorable habit of hopping up on the bed (usually when I am awake) and pawing at the blankets covering Sean. It's funny to me, because he's very insistent about getting Sean up in a very quiet almost conspiratorial fashion. It's not so funny to Sean, who's waking up to very quiet claws.

When Wheaten wants me to wake up, he uses his paw (claws sheathed) to poke me in the forehead. Repeatedly. Which is preferable here?
