So I need to have a lazy day today, I think, and I'm not sure I'll get one. Last night was the Clutch show at 123, which while sometimes fun was definitely exhausting. Pooring every single beer into a plastic cup (to avoid having glass or plastic in the crowd) is quite the chore. (And there were some drunken people I wanted to smack last night; though in a good humored for your own good kind of way...)

Anyway, since I know of at least one person who didn't realize Clutch was coming and was disappointed, here are a few of the things coming up you may want to know:

• Tuesday May 10: Grundeldrag's last show (Gina leaving--for the summer or longer I don't know)
  
  
• Saturday, May 21st: American Sound Syndicate (also Krovich's newest band is playing that night) This night will rock, I'm not sure if I want to work it or enjoy it...
  
  
• Sunday, May 29: Rock and Roll Barbecue, which probably means Hogblast with Solaris doing some awesome fire-spinning, Hovel, Black Mountain, and maybe we can get Kro's band to play or maybe even the Love Me Knots...all I know is that I don't want to be working that night
  
  
• Wednesday June 8: Dick Dale
  
  
• Friday, June 10: Nashville Pussy
