Tip of the Iceburg You always say, bring you street-life, bring you real-life, that one man's desperate and mundane existance is another man's... techni-color. [[strange days]] |

2002-03-04 10:14 AM things are going to get easier... More stolen test. My theme song is... Walking On Sunshine Your upbeat approach to life makes "Walking on Sunshine" the perfect anthem for you. We can see you dancing down the vegetable isle with your grocery cart, smiling at all the checkout clerks. We sure hope you've had your Wheaties to keep up with your perky pace all day long. This happy, horn-driven tune carries you to work every day. And even in those brief lapses when you're not fully on your game, "Walking On Sunshine" seems to put things in perspective and get you back to your super groove. "And don't it feel good?" Who cares that this tune was a one-hit wonder for Katrina and the Waves? Even that quality matches your one-of-a-kindness. You're walkin' on sunshine and spreading it wherever you go. Surprise to anyone? I think not. I'm bouncing between listening to streaming audio from London to Jamband Moosik [friday @ work] I want to write until i can concentrate. write. burn away all distractions. burn away these things, these small distractions and irritations... But I digress. This has been a busy frikking week. I'm not settled yet. The kitchen is still in shambles, there's tons of things that we want to buy and do to the place. There's pressure to get things done. There's pressure to try and chill out, and try to relax into the new space. Bah. Well, I'll get it sometime. Bah. [sunday 3:18 pm Palm Journal thing] Jeezus I just ran into the most un-likely person. Well maybe not the *most* unlikely... I ran into this gal I went to high school with. She's cut her hair, wears dark thick glasses, and is living with her girlfriend in san fransicso - noe valley. Very cool - she seems *so* much happier now. We exchanged numbers, I went to go catch the J and she went back inside to study with her girlfriend. It's really cool that she's up here, herself, and happy... Anyway it made me smile. Bah It's Monday. Mightaswell get back to work. Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
