2003-05-12 1:00 AM feet become the wheels... weekend was pretty good...
less hectic than expected. i had the option to do many things on saturday, but ended up hanging around my house, making breakfast, taking care of stuff, going to the gym. it was pretty mellow. then headed out to KaBoom with some friends. ate some crazy foods, listened to some crazy music... steve winwood was pretty good, not too bad for someone i hadn't really ever heard of. after KaBoom, we headed over to the W (dunno who's idea that was) hungry folks over dragged us over to Chevy's. B, J, Mel, Mikey, and I sat at the bar and had chips and margaritas. came home and sacked out. sunday, got up fairly early. got some breakfast, went shopping. b and i are going to a wedding in philly this coming weekend, he needed a tie and a new white shirt, i need (want?) some sort of dress. he was successful, i was not. no new dress for the pixie. *sigh* oh well. then we headed home to see about getting seats for the phish. we ended up *so* many tickets. everyone thought that no one else was going to be able to get tickets, so we all sort of went overboard. i went out and got the x1 on dvd and b went out to play tennis with the boys. then simpsons, movie and general poking about online... then sleeping. today was pretty weird. work was ikcy. icky. just exhausting. few comments on the day: * excel is *not* a layout tool * just because you can't get the key to work, it doesn't mean it's the wrong key * if you want something done... either tell me what it *is* you want done, or do it yer damned self yeah. that's sort of it for now.
